Silver comparison: China Glaze VS Sally Hansen

Hey folks and a warm „Servus“ from Vienna,

originally this post was supposed to be done in January, and I did it - it only didn't made it to the blog, lol xD So these photos are my really first attempt as you could see it in the Pink comparison post (they were shot on the same day), and my photographic skills have improved since then, so please excuse the blurry and only flash-lighted pictures :)

This comparison is about my silvery shades. When China Glaze released their Autumn Nights 2013 Collection I decided to buy Gossip Over Gimlets if there is no silver shade in the Holiday Collection. And see: there was none. But I needed silver for a design earlier, so I bought Sally Hansen‘s Shoot The Moon. Time to compare them!

Emotions is from the Mariah Carey Holiday Collection from 2013.
Bump In The Night is from the Monsters Ball Halloween Collection from 2013..

I first bougth Emotions and I was more then dissapointed in this polish.
Then I bought Bump In The Night and I was happy again! Why? Let's see!

A different Valentines Day mani

Hello folks and a warm "Servus" from Vienna,

I normally don't share the Valentines Day hysteria, and so I didn't want to create a Valentines Day mani. But the plans for tomorrow are so much fun that I decided to create a quite different mani.

My boyfriend and I share a big passion: to ride the motor bike! Since I prefer the comfortable part as the in German so called "Sozia", my boyfriend likes to drive - and he is a very good driver! We had some exciting trips in the last two years, where we formed some friendships and seen lots of awesome things.

Tomorrow, on Valentines day, we make a trip to a motorcycle exhibition in Linz, and we both are very excited seing some new released bikes and maybe buy some new equipment, either for us or for our bike.

Since I had no chance to do a mani with my new moYou plates since I did my review, I decided to merge the Valentines Day with a motorcycle theme, and here is the result (please excuse the messy cleanup)!

Big haul review!

Hello everybody!

Since my lovely Bea and I are addicted to buying nail polish (lol ^^) and current collections from different brands we were really really excited for this haul!

We waited for soooooooo long and none of our nail polish online shops we normally buy from had this collection, but FINALLY we saw the display with the Gwen Stefani collection from OPI at our local nail supply and almost screamed :D (I swear, Dani really screamed ;))
After that glorious purchase I snached up the whole Crushed Crystal collection from catrice, double-win!!

So here's the review of our haul!

Iced Earth Plagues of Babylon Album Cover inspired nailart

Hello folks and a warm "Servus" from Vienna,

first week of holidays from University means a lot of stress lol. No afternoon and evening this week which is free of any plans!
One of those plans is to visit the Iced Earth concert here in Vienna and I am very excited for this gig since they have a lot of catchy songs on their new album called "Plagues of Babylon". Since it is the Plagues of Babylon Tour, I decided I have to paint my nails in an appropriate way!

First of all I start off with the album cover to show you what the painting on my nails was inspired of! I hope you like metal album covers? Don't be scared, it's just a drawing ;)

Are you excited for todays Mad Monday Mani? ;)

Actually I wanted to post another one but yesterday I was watching the 48th NFL and casually did my nails and I thought they turned out gorgeous :)

Black Stamping Polish - Konad
Stamping Plate: Suki 01 - moyou
Top Coat: Good To Go - essie
Acrylic paint for the color and a tiny nail art brush
